Backgrounds
This is for ODM to prepare its proposal of Shaks mobile handheld gaming console. Shaks is a brand owned by Innopia, AKS and its global partner (called “Shaks”), specializing in gaming controllers, device, consoles optimized for cloud-gaming services via global telco. Shaks has a global network of cloud-gaming eco-platform serving its solution over 30 telcos as of October 2022, and its number is growing, supply its own controller (made with Qualcomm Technolgies) to the global telco, KT, Jio, SK, TIM, Etisalat to name a few. Also, his platform partner, Radian Arc, is supplying more than 30 global telcos is GaaS turn-key solutions including Blacknut, OnePlay, and so on.
Shaks is a strategic developer responsible for the game controller part of Qualcomm Snapdragon G-Series of 5G mobile gaming console since 2021, 2022. Provide its technology into Drakon and Hyperion.
Based upon its technical expertise and global network, Shaks plan to develop, manufacture its own mobile device with a competitive ODM partners.

The single unit HW design is the reference for Hyperion and is based on a single board as below image.

This RFI is based upon Snapdragon G3x Gen2 Project code “Hyperion”. Upon the roadmap by Qualcomm, this might be replaced.
